Building Our Future

Continuing in our spirit of growth, the Foundation, in cooperation once again with the City of West Covina, Mt. SAC and other community businesses and individuals’, plan to further develop our “backyard” into a vibrant destination, complete with a new Citrus Grove and ultimately a “barn like looking” Learning Center adjacent to the current Taylor House.Through your support, the Taylor House and Gardens has and will continue to develop into a unique venue, linking the nostalgia of the past with the promise of the future.  It is the vision of the West Covina Rose Float Foundation to serve as a vital resource providing education to the youth of our community and enrichment to all in that “old-time” spirit of neighborhood collaboration and partnership.
