Scholarship
Each year, at our “Evening of Wine and Roses” event held in June, the Foundation strives to award Youth Community Involvement Scholarships.The specific eligibility criteria is as follows:
- Student must be a full-time high school senior, or currently attending a junior college or a four-year undergraduate program
- Applicant must have completed his/her volunteer hours for the West Covina Rose Float Foundation or another non-profit organization within/serving the City of West Covina
- The applicant must complete a maximum 300 word essay describing their volunteering activities and their educational achievements
