Youth Scholarship Program


Each year, at our “Evening of Wine and Roses” event held in June, the Foundation strives to award Youth Community Involvement Scholarships.The specific eligibility criteria is as follows:

  • Student must be a full-time high school senior, or currently attending a junior college or a four-year undergraduate program
  • Applicant must have completed his/her volunteer hours for the West Covina Rose Float Foundation or another non-profit organization within/serving the City of West Covina
  • The applicant must complete a maximum 300 word essay describing their volunteering activities and their educational achievements
